Subject: Hurricane Rita Tragedy

I am sad to report that we lost a member of the Barrios family during Hurricane Rita. Wayne Hoernig, a Barrios employee on the Boeing ESS contract, was found in his car in Madison County on Friday. We don’t have any details to report other than a conversation with the Madison County Sheriffs Department. They told us they found him lying down in his car on the side of the freeway. It is assumed that he may have had a heart attack while leaving town in advance of the storm. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, co-workers, and friends. As soon as we have more information we will send out an update.
