AIP FYI #77: FY 2010 House NASA Appropriations Bill

"There is important language in the House Appropriations Committee report accompanying the FY 2010 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Bill on NASA's programs. The House is scheduled to consider this bill today. Tomorrow, Norman Augustine and his colleagues on the Review of U.S. Human Space Flight Committee will hold their first public meeting on the space agency's manned programs.
