A couple of things to take notice of in the attached: facility repairs will occur during working hours, reduced trash pick-ups (may even have to take our trash to a central location), work stoppages, and reduced security patrols.”

    Keith,

    The photo of JSC is approximately nine years old or older.  You can tell that because the Saturn V is still out in the open and it appears that construction hasn’t even started.  Construction started in June 2004.

    Maybe this image was cut from a PDF or something that had a collage going with the ISS.  I see the lightened background around the solar array. Or ISS got a little too low there, reboost!

     Considering the large number of Aggies employed at JSC, these reductions may take their toll on productivity. I mean with civil servants being asked to replace light bulbs and all.
