    Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic does nothing to affect the course and speed of the ship.

    Recycling of reorganizing an organization is a clue that leadership has no idea what is the source of the poor and unwanted results they are getting.

    And, they have no clue, that they have no clue about this.

    The future will most likely look like the past when you don’t know what is sourcing poor unwanted results. .

    This is evidence of that.

    And so was the Columbia accident which followed Challenger 17 years later
