Keith’s note: Sometimes my background back in the day when I was a Sign Language Interpreter really grabs hold of me – such as seeing this new Webb pic of the “Pillars of Creation” with the hand-like nebula that seems to adopt a gesture that sends a word to my brain – as if it were speaking to me with a voice. So I tweeted this when the image was released today. FWIW I had the same reaction when the Hubble version was originally released.
