“How do we partner with others to increase what we have and do more with it?”
I think this is their strategy – To get more industry to help finically support NASA. There is one center that is quietly prepping for an aerospace company that is about to win a multibillion contract to use it’s NASA facilities and some personnel/contractors. In preparing for this, some of the NASA folks have been loaned out to help them already.
