    I agree with the NASA Watch tweets. I get that this guy is not Nelson’s or Rubio’s first choice, but neither one is president. I don’t view space as a Trump priority so if they block him, the post may remain open, severely damaging NASA. Even if Trump appoints a new admin, by the time he or she comes up for a vote, the Dems may control Congress. Yeah Bridenstine may not be everyone’s first choice, buy someone is better than no one.

    The possible government shutdown is sucking all the O2 out of the air in Washington. Democrats are much more concerned about that than NASA right now.
