Keith’s note: I have already had to delete several posts by people that were needlessly partisan and/or gratuitously insulting. If NASAWatch readers are just going to go partisan and/or personal on these election postings then I am going to not allow any comments on election 2016 posts. Got that folks? Stick to policy.

Excellent. Now we just need to convince her to put a “more money for science = investment in America’s future!” clause in her policy platform that raises money for all the science agencies (including NASA).

MIssions to Mars and other planets and their moons demonstrates science and engineering abilities most other countries do not have. Politicians can then use NASA to demonstrate this country’s technical prowess as compared to USAF Space Command typically doesn’t demonstrate their capabilities.

Be good to see more politicians speaking on said subject matter; it’s as if we’ve lost any vision or dreams for future explorers (aka kids) to look up to. Some bi-partisan support in the area of space tech would be nice to see in this day and age of party infighting, dubious legislation & fiscal policy eruptions.
