Keith’s Note: I was on Al Jazeera Arabic again tonight. This time it was to talk about the upcoming DART mission’s asteroid impact. Hopefully I projected a little soft power and dismissed some Hollywood missimpressions for a couple of hundred million viewers i.e. you do NOT have to blow things up in space. Just punching an asteroid may be all that’s required to prevent it from hitting Earth. Audio below.

    Learned a lot already from watching Apophis and tag-sampling Bennu, good there is world-wide interest in DART and something other than big rockets and pretending we will be The Jetsons someday
