  1. I fail to see how this supports >>commercial<< crew in any way. It’s mostly a collection of stock video dating back to the sixties.

    1. Yeah. The words “Commercial Crew” were flashed very briefly near the end, and that was the only connection I could see.
Also, as much as LBJ did a lot of good for the space program, why close with a quote from him that was written decades before the concept of commercial crew was even born? This looks like a rush job.

    2. I think it was just to remind us what a manned U.S. launch looks like, in case we had forgotten since we haven’t seen one for awhile.

  2. And actually the clips they selected were the most part pretty poor-a lot better videos of launches are available. Other than the fact the have the multi-color astronaut pin at the end (you have to know what that is), I am not sure why this has anything to do with Commercial Crew??

  3. If you compare that to so many NASA ‘fan’ videos on Youtube…well, its kinda sad that that is the “best” that could be done.

Seriously, what does that have to do with CC? How about some images of …CC!

And regardless…the images/clips where terrible. There are so many cool pictures and videos produced from ISS alone…it could have been really cool.

Get a 15 year old with a MAC who loves NASA…you know they would put together a vid that blow peoples socks off.

    1. Commercial Crew Program is not just Space X, several companies are involved like Boeing and

Sierra Nevada. They also have some cool concept animations.
