Maybe they could do a few of those catchy schoolhouse Rock songs like instead of “I’m just a bill on capital Hill” they can do one “I’m just a cost plus contract” explaining how milestones can be missed and money still flows without consequences or instead of “conjunction junction what’s your function” it can “Orion spacecraft what’s your function” to explain how 12 years in it still is years away from a crew flight and missing a strong use case.
