True ‘dat, Keith, but the points made in the linked piece are identical to those made on your site by you and by commenters every day: Big Space is fat, lethargic, and decidedly unpatriotic.
You did not read what I wrote. I was not commenting on the article I was commenting on a gross error made by the author about an organization that he is involved with.
I emailed Howard Bloom this article to draw his attention to the mistake. I understand that that mistake has been corrected in the article. I participated in the SDSC telecon this evening and Howard was apologetic and indicated that he had not made the mistake himself but that an editor with less knowledge on the subject inserted that information. But Howard still feels responsible. I figure that the ASD also deserves an apology for the mistake.
No one has bothered to change it for a number of days. It has not been corrected. Details, details.
They fixed the error today.
