NASA's Role In Space Exploration: Rivals - But No Equal -- NASAWatch.com

Keith’s note: On the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, our role in space exploration has rivals – but no equal. NASA has led the way by:

  • studying our home world as a planet
  • touching the sun
  • visiting every planet in our solar system
  • sending humans to walk on another world
  • building humanity’s largest structure in space
  • trailbalzing the offworld search for life
  • moving an asteroid
  • finding water on the Moon and Mars
  • discovering oceans inside icy moons
  • finding volcanoes on other worlds
  • sailing across interstellar space
  • peering back to the dawn of the universe
  • developing a global brand that all nations aspire to

Let’s not let that leadership fade. Let’s expand it further.
