I’ve yet to see any evidence of a NASA “Force” anywhere. The process for an organization to get a NASA Force hire (2 year limited GS-14) was much more complicated than just hiring the person you want as a contractor. I hope it’s working somewhere but it just didn’t seem to have any real advantages. The only hire I’ve heard of under this program was an early career contractor who used it to convert to CS prior to the current insourcing program.
I thought maybe these AI things I did would prompt some visibility. Guess not. Surprised? I’m not.
