Please review each of the following employee notices, for your information and reference, using the links provided below.
- Did you know July 30 is National Whistleblower Appreciation Day? The Whistleblower Disclosures notice has details on disclosure procedures and the Whistleblower Protection Act. Check out the National Whistleblower Appreciation Day article on OneNASA to learn more.
- The NASA Policies, Merit System Principles and Prohibited Personnel Practices notice has information about NASA’s policies on equal employment opportunity (EEO); anti-harassment; and laws governing merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices.
- The NASA Merit Promotion and Placement (MPP) Plan notice has information about the agency’s procedures for filling positions with current or former federal employees with competitive status at or below the General Schedule (GS)-15 level based on merit.
- The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) prohibits employers from discriminating against past and present members of the uniformed services and applicants to the uniformed services. The Your Rights Under USERRA notice has information about the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions for military service.
