That makes me almost want to fly up there and attend. What kind of announcements? Hmm... I think all the media folk should request that NASA have a TV crew at least record it for the video file and/or provide transcripts. but then I guess that wouldn't be an incentive to fork over $70 and a $400 plane ticket for lunch. Better be a darn good lunch.

As this is going to mostly be a flag-waving and flesh-pressing event, I wouldn't normally expect anything of substance to be announced. Very strange proceedure to use. Could these guys be a 'test audience' to see the response to some controversial new idea?
