Keith’s note: Likely NASA Administrator nominee Rep. James Bridenstine (R-OK) will be the luncheon speaker at a Washington Space Business Roundtable event in downtown Washington DC at noon EDT today. So, Keith, tell us about him. We know that he will take his directions from the President, but will his inclination be to develop ISRU on the moon, such as Dr. Paul Spudis advocates, and develop cis-lunar space? Develop only a “touch and go” scenario and the move on to mars? Or bypass the moon totally, only going for lunar orbital missions to develop a mars scenario?
