If the government shutdown happens and lasts through the holidays there's not going to be very much PR from @NASA for the @NASANewsHorizons thing with #UltimaThule

I’m not sure if it will make a difference. The dwnlink rate is around 1500 bits per second. That might support one image per hour. The next congress may already be in session before they have enough images down for an impressive press release.
