Keith’s note: According to this NASA Artemis page: “NASA will land the first woman, first person of color, and first international partner astronaut on the Moon using innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before.” The “first person of color“ phrase was added during the Biden Administration but the “first woman” line emerged during the Trump 1.0 Administration.
