That was what, one of like 30 tweets this morning? Great that he included Space Force but I don’t remember one for NASA and getting the money that they need.

More than anything, it looked like the dexamethasone talking. I wouldn’t read too much into it.

More likely it was because early voting started on Monday in some states.

With regard to the fact of the voting-oriented tweets, I agree. As to their manic staccato nature, it was very consistent with steroid-induced mania.

Don’t forget that the P is on megadoses of Dex, which engender a sense of well-being; combining this medication with his well-known personality is not a good thing, and could partially explain pronouncements on relief negotiations. Let’s hope sane hands are on the football:

What is the context here? Vote for space force? Space force should vote for me?

The context, as Thomas noted above, is that early voting has started in many states. My swing-state ballot is waiting for me on my kitchen table right now. With him substantially behind in many states, and falling farther behind in recent days, he’s no doubt feeling the pressure to do anything to get a few more votes.
As to the substance, I expect he’s trying to appeal to those who think it’s cool that he’s created what he views as Starfleet Command.

We need to start talking seriously about the change in administration. Some polls have Biden up 16.

Should Biden keep Bridenstine? I think he will for a short-term, out of necessity, unless Bridenstine resigns. What about long term? I can’t think of anyone better.

I can think of at least half a dozen well-qualified leaders. The bench is quite deep.

Using USSF as a political campaign promotion platform, not good if want to get buy-in from other political parties. And if NASA becomes a partisan aligned agency… Yes I know NASA was created for political means but consider if it becomes a Republican agency then what happens if a Democrat becomes President. Bye bye Artemis.

There are plenty of sound reasons to reconsider Artemis not requiring a political slant.

I have no clue how to interpret that tweet. Is there a consensus on what it means? And by “vote” does Trump mean vote at the polls, vote by mail, or both? Is he encouraging Space Force to vote?

Sounds like he is listing things he has done that he considers worthy of voting for him. Most people do not vote on one-issue things, and so he is listing more than one issue in these serial tweets. Nice attempt, but creating a Space Force I think is kind of at the bottom of President Trump issues which include (mis) handling of Covid-19 and overseeing such a decline in economic prosperity.
