Keith’s note: According to sources NASA (and other agencies) got direction from OPM to move salary charges for DRP (Deferred Resignation Program) people in to Administrative Leave – now. Kinda like hiding people in a transporter pattern buffer for you Star Trek fans: cue *sparkly* sound – and poof they are gone.
