Unconstitutional, From what I remember, loyalty oaths are unconstitutional.
So, essentially, one should only answer the first question:
“My example of upholding the Constitution is not to answer any of the other 3 questions, as loyalty oaths are unconstitutional.”
Nothing in that is an “oath”. Anyway, once offered a job, all federal employees are required to sign an oath to the Constitution.
#3 is the only one that looks remotely controversial. But NASA *is* part of the Executive Branch. So yes, the president’s “Executive Orders and policy priorities” do apply to anyone working at NASA.
Fortunately, only until the next President is elected…
I could see this applying to mostly at the management level, which is what Russell Vought wants.
