Keith’s note: Inevitably when someone takes over the helm of a government agency they run into the status quo. Some of us cynical space policy wonks are calling this slow motion impact process as being “consumed by The Blob.” Stay tuned. Bridenstine has only had 2 months on the job.

“CO2! Dave, can you hear me? CO2!”

Hopefully some of the people around Bridenstine can spray him with the fire extinguisher of cold reality as needed, and help keep the Blob at bay.

I really think NASA should built a new Center in Utqiagvik Alaska. It would benefit the local economy, provide a great location for global warming research, Aurora studies and Mars Training while getting two more Senators to transform into NASA supporters. No one would dare oppose it because it is studying both climate change and how to live on Mars. It would be ideal for transferring NASA personal to that are resistant to the change that the new space revolution is going to bring to space. 🙂

I see the video Trouble with the Tribbles with James T Kirk in it. Part of the Classic Trek with the USS Enterprise short distant from the Federation space station. The big problem start’s when the Caption open one of the door to the Grain storage area. The 100 Tribbles fall on him and he get’s buried. So got to laugh about it it’s very funny. Jim Bridentine NASA Administrator is a beginner. He will have to learn to be Adminstrator that will take lot of time like 4 years. He should ask for advice from veteran manager and talk several thousand NASA employees for input to improved NASA methods and operations. Eventual he will master as good NASA Administrator. Good luck Jim Bridentine.
