        True, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the U.S. Space Force buys a squadron or two of Starships. Actually Starship would look really good in U.S. Space Force markings.

    The U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force all have proud traditions of exploration, why not allow the U.S. Space Force to develop one as well? Why should NASA have all the fun?

    When the AF was the new kid on the block, what sort of ads did it have? Did it have any? Just curious.

      Not much different it seems. From the Saturday Evening Post in 1948. And given that several of the aviation cadets of that period went on to walk on the Moon the advertising was not far off in what it promised for the best of the best.
