Hello NASA employees,   

During this period of transition, you can find resources on the new Career Preparedness page to support your growth and help you approach this change with confidence. The page rounds up existing and new offerings, including a custom view of the Courses and Learning Opportunities list that sorts for career preparedness opportunities. Here are a few new highlights from the list:

  • Rock Your Profile and Office Hours with LinkedIn Experts feature professionals from LinkedIn who can help you grow your network, promote your skills and accomplishments, and create an authentic and outstanding profile.      
  • Professional Empowerment through the Corporation of One. Discover how to take ownership of your professional journey and career direction, through aligning your strengths, values, and aspirations. Choose one of the sessions below:

Certifications are statistically proven to boost careers. According to Skillsoft’s IT Skills & Salary Report, gaining a certification improved quality of work by 60%; raised work engagement by 48%; and enabled greater efficiency by 43%. Check out the free certification prep courses like Project Management, Data, Infrastructure & Operations, or Cloud Services in the Skillsoft Percipio Certification Center.

GS 11-GS 14 employees, make sure your notifications are set in the NASA Learning Teams group so you get the heads up when new Influence Leadership offerings are released in SATERN, including:

  • Foundations of Leadership and Influence (October 2025/January 2026)
  • Leading in Complex and Changing Environments (November 2025/January 2026)  
  • Building High Performing Teams (October 2025/December 2025)    
  • Collaborating in Decentralized Work Environments (December 2025)

GS-14, GS-15, and SES employees: Congressional Update is a one-day class examining the implications of election outcomes about congressional leadership and organization, oversight and the upcoming legislative agenda for the 119th Congress. Find more information and register in SATERN (registration for fall sessions opens July 28).

GS-15 and SES employees: Connect with industry experts through the external AI Government Leadership Program to better understand artificial intelligence (AI) and develop leadership skills required to implement emerging technologies across government. Visit the OneNASA AI Government Leadership Program page for more information then apply directly with the Partnership for Public Service by Aug. 15, 5 p.m. ET.

As we approach the end of the fiscal year (FY) each center has set training purchase deadlines. Please coordinate with your local training office to ensure training purchases can be completed before the end of the FY.

    This list of offering is both hilarious and so par for the course of ridiculous “fixes” during difficult times. Along the same lines as stress relief and mindfulness training when the workforce was speaking up about overwork and nearing burnout…
