While technically I agree with him (It could go either way), Keith Cowing is absolutely right. Nelson’s impulsive Trump off the cuff remarks on topics completely out of his area of responsibility do not bode well. I am hoping for the best.

    It’s not that the hypothesis isn’t worth exploring, it’s that the NASA Administrator should not be making public statements on “non-space” issues that are likely to anger a strategic rival. To be glib, that’s the State Department’s job.
