New NASA Performance Criteria Are Here
New NASA Performance Rules
NASAWatch
Keith’s note: This is being circulated at NASA regarding new performance evaluations to be done 4 time a year. Note that: “Faithful Support of Administration of the Law and the President’s Policies” are Number 1 criteria for both SES & SL/ST personnel.

Smh….But this is what the people voted for, including many we work with.
So your solution was to vote in an administration with an absolutely abysmal economic plan (which the primary defense was “nah he doesn’t really mean it”)? Now our debt is going to grow and our GDP is going to shrink. This is the thing he HAD a plan for, I shudder to imagine what he thinks about doing to healthcare, the thing he had “the concept of a plan” for.
Also “more than half the country” is a simple falsehood.
When you leave it up to a wannabe dictator….
You want to fix Medicare & Social Security? Raise the limit on what can be payroll taxed.
When has a Republican ever lowered spending? I’ll wait…
Obviously this is a joke and obviously Keith likes posting trash articles. Something “floating” around doesn’t indicate reality. Any one could create this simple PowerPoint slide and send it to Keith and tell him it’s “floating” around.
It’s no joke.
When you have a ‘resistance’ within the gov then you get stupid performance elements like this. Check out FedNews on reddit. Fully understandable why this garbage gets added to evals.
NASA should just go back to pass/fail evaluations. The 5 tier system is useless when most supervisors don’t have any meaningful objective performance metrics. The majority of everyone is accomplished or distinguished.
Can’t blame people for being sick and tired of the lunacy this administration perpetrates daily.
not just the number one priority, but 25% of the evaluation value to be checked for sufficient loyalty four times a year. at minimum.
the four other lesser priorities only total to 60% minimum, which means that if each stays at 15%, loyalty could account for as much as 40%. if those minimums are revised downward to 10%, loyalty could account for 60%.
unless i’m misreading this, i’m unaccustomed to earther performance reviews.
Don’t miss the best part, no more than 30% of an org can be rated 4 or 5, so the other 70% are perpetually at risk of being fired for poor performance/insufficient loyalty
